In The Zen the trim was hand picked fir and milled down to uphold the subtle continuation of straight lines throughout. In The Contemporary, the interior trim is a Mission Craftsman Style with back band accent throughout. Painted white to offset the wood floors the trim creates a truly "contemporary" feeling-especially in combination with the choice in door hardware, iron rail stairs, birch doors, and stunning countertops.
